However, because our products are related to personal care, including shampoos, oils, and other hair treatments, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. 1. Returns and Exchanges

Unopened Products:
We accept returns or exchanges for unopened and unused products within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and undamaged.

Opened Products:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items, as they are for personal care and hygiene purposes.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at askhaireen@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
2. Refunds

Refunds are only provided for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Once a return request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.

Any opened or used products are non-refundable, and returns will not be accepted for them.

- Products that have been opened or used for more than 30 days cannot be returned, even if they are damaged or defective. We encourage customers to use the products consistently for at least 30 days to see the full benefits of our hair care solutions.
